This is the hair-raising moment a man walks on the sloping roof of a tower block without any protection in China.

In incident took place in the city of Yangzhou in China’s Jiangsu province on 4th July.
The video was shot by a man in a neighbouring apartment block who grabbed his mobile phone to film when he spotted the daredevil walking across the roof without care.
The person filming said he was shocked that the man was casually walking without any harness, ropes, or other protective measures, almost as if he did not realise how incredibly high it was.
But as he saunters down the slate roof to the edge, the camera pans out, allowing a clear view of the drop to the ground below.
It is believed the man was involved in dealing with a loose cable that was seen hanging over the gutter but it is unsure what the cable was for.
The video quickly hit the rounds after it was shared on Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok.
Many people criticised the worker and stressed the importance of safety in such situations, as a simple one step could have led to disastrous consequences.
A user commented: “Hurry up and call the police, he’s going to jump off the building.”
Another commented: “I feel dizzy for him just looking at the screen.”
And a third commented: “There is no protective measure at all, which is extremely irresponsible to himself.”
