This young bride was left gasping for breath when a group of seemingly over-excited groomsmen threw “smoke bombs” in her room during the bridal procession.

The bizarre stunt was recorded at the unnamed bride‘s home in Heze, in China’s eastern Shandong Province, on 8th December.

In the video, filmed by her driver, surnamed Zhang, thick smoke is seen emerging from one end of the room, with a group of people covering their mouths to avoid it.

Among them is the beautiful bride, dressed in a traditional Chinese red gown, who sat in the middle of the room and was caught off guard by the groomsmen’s antics.

It reportedly occurred during a popular wedding game, where the friends and family of the bride blocked the door in a playful manner to prevent the groomsmen from easily seeing the bride.

But the game quickly turned into tears as the door was forcefully broken through by the crowd outside.

Zhang said the scene was quite shocking. According to his description, during the bridal procession. A bridesmaid demanded a red envelope from the groom, blocking the door to challenge the groom.

Subsequently, a groomsman threw a smoke bomb into the room.

But the smoke was so overpowering that the bride became nauseous and could barely breathe.
