This video in which viewers try to spot a huge snake that has disguised itself as a pole or stick before suddenly leaping into life to attack a man walking by has gone viral.

The incident occurred on June 8 in the city of Shenzhen, in the Chinese province of Guangdong.
The snake is completely invisible in plain sight as it lays in a straight line across the top of a small walled garden beside a road as a man, oblivious to the danger, walks by.
Suddenly the snake leaves into life in a wriggling mass that springs forward and attempts to bite him.
Fortunately, the man was quick to dodge the attack and was not injured. He then runs forward and disappears of camera as the snake then slithers under a nearby car.
Shenzhen is a bustling city in China’s Guangdong Province, known for its modern architecture and vibrant economy.
However, like many cities in China, it is also home to a variety of wildlife, including snakes, which can pose a threat to unsuspecting residents and visitors.
It would not reveal what kind of snake it was that tried to attack the man.
The footage was posted on Douyin, The Chinese version of TikTok, users were amazed and scared of snakes like this.
A user ‘Jin Yiwei’ commented: “This snake was obviously there for revenge, it was waiting for him.”
While ‘Fourteen’ commented: “The snake is stalking him.”
And ‘Ting Bao.’ commented: “The smaller the snake, the more venomous it is.”
