The incident, captured on an unnamed person’s camera, occurred outside the second platform of the Yantai Railway Station, located in Yantai, in eastern China’s Shandong Province on 25th July.

Phone footage shows a group of people standing inside the station, sheltering themselves from the severe storm outside.

A man wearing a blue T-shirt who is standing by the door appears to be yelling at someone.

He holds the door wide open for a mum and her little daughter who apparently got caught out in the heavy rain.

But the two are seemingly unable to withstand the level-nine winds pushing them further away and they cannot make it inside.

Then, a man dressed in a white-and-black T-shirt and matching shorts, joined by another man wearing all black, run outside against the strong wind to help the two.

Braving the severe conditions outside, the men lifted the girl and her mother from the ground and brought them to safety indoors.

Afterwards, paramedics arrived at the scene to treat the woman and her daughter.

Aside from some minor injuries, the two luckily made it away with just a scare.
