This is the moment heavy DJ equipment attached to the back of a truck falls on a group of youngsters who were dancing behind it.

The incident took place during a religious procession featuring an idol in the Phulpur area of Azamgarh City, in the state of Uttar Pradesh, in India, at around 3 pm on Sunday, 29th October.

The idol was placed on the mini truck, with the heavy DJ equipment attached to the back of the vehicle.

As the DJ plays music, several young people can be seen dancing behind the vehicle and its heavy cargo.

The market was bustling, and the mini truck labelled ‘DJ Hi-Tech’ moved forward and backwards intermittently due to the weight of the equipment, as the driver tried to avoid electrical pole cables, according to local media.

Some of the youngsters who were in the truck also fell onto the equipment, adding extra weight to the trapped victims.

Onlookers rushed to their rescue.

Four people were reportedly injured and were taken to the trauma centre in Phulpur, while some others sustained minor injuries and did not require hospitalisation.
