A proud husband has splashed out on a GBP 200,000 Ferrari supercar for his wife as a thank you for having his babies.
The astonishing gift was revealed as he staged a special unveiling ceremony in the middle of a street in the city of Petaling Jaya, in the Malaysian state of Selangor, on Wednesday, 26th July.
The couple – not named in local media – brought city traffic to a standstill for the special ceremony which later appeared on social media footage,
As the wife gasps in surprise, her husband takes the wrappers off the spectacular sports car worth MYR 1.2 million (GBP 200,000), which can hit 60mph from standstill in less than three seconds.
Crowds are seen clapping and cheering as a person fires up the white 488 GTB, which can reach 205mph.
The husband – who owns a successful coffee shop – told his wife: “Thank you for bearing so many kids for me, it must have been difficult.”
Local media did not say how many children the couple have.
Media reports revealed that the couple’s unique moment had blocked the entire street, causing a traffic jam.
