This is the moment when a man saved a dog from drowning in a river in China that included massaging the water out of its lungs.

The man and his pals were practising dragon boat rowing when they came across a dog that had fallen into the water in Guangdong, on 19th June.

At that time, the dog appeared exhausted, and his body was already floating on the water, and the man who felt that he was about to die jumped in to rescue the hound.

In the footage, he can be seen carrying the exhausted dog to the shore.

At this point, the dog’s lungs and stomach were filled with river water, and the man assists in pressing the dog’s stomach trying to revive it by expelling the liquid.

After a period of pressing and also holding the dog up in the air by its legs, the dog regains consciousness and sits on the river bank on a stone step panting loudly.

The old man then carries the dog to the dragon boat to take it back for adoption.
