The bizarre footage shows the moment a woman yells at a bunch of children playing on the roof of a six-storey building urging them to come down.

The unidentified lady, and reportedly a caretaker, was in the middle of her shift, when she noticed the four children in the city of Xiangyang, in China’s north-western Hubei Province.

She can be heard screaming at them to come down after she saw them playing on the roof of the tall building across the street from her workplace on Friday, 8th December.

In the video, she says: “Go down, don’t go up there, and if you go up there. I’ll call the police, you have climbed up so high, go down quickly, go down!”

Later in an interview with local media, she explained that her motherly instinct immediately kicked in when she saw they were in danger.

After seeing the video, users on Douyin, China’s version of TikTok. Did not restrain from praising the woman’s act of bravery.

One user titled ‘My name is Xiaowei’ said: “If a woman’s loud yelling can make children come down from the roof, then this kind of yelling can definitely be regarded as a brave act for justice and a concrete manifestation of courage and responsibility.
