This is the moment a speeding car driver drags a police barricade down a motorway.
The car can be seen driving down a motorway flyover in India’s capital city, Delhi, and dragging the police barricade along with it.
The footage shows sparks flying as the barricade scrapes along the ground.
The unnamed motorist, behind the wheel of a Maruti Suzuki Swift, only started to slow down and come to a halt after the barricade tyres broke away and the car’s hazard alarm went off, according to local media.
At the time of writing, it is still unknown whether the reckless driver has been arrested and if any sanction has been given to him.
The reason for the driver’s collision with the barrier is currently unknown.
The viral footage, which has amassed over 2.8 million views on one social media platform alone since shared online earlier this month, has drawn varying reactions.
