This is the shocking moment a woman gets struck by a moving train as she runs across the tracks apparently trying to get to another train before it departs.
Horrified witnesses filmed the moment she was mowed down by an incoming high-speed train at the Yuyao Railway Station, in Ningbo, in China’s eastern Zhejiang Province, on 29th October.
In one video, the unnamed woman dressed in a white blouse, is seen rushing along the tracks, apparently trying to reach the platform on the opposite side.
But, just seconds later, an incoming train knocked her down as she ran, before she disappeared underneath the wagons.
Astonishingly, she survived the accident and railway staff immediately came to her aid.

Another clip shows an employee in black uniform carrying her away from the tracks, then handing her over to a security guard before she was taken to a hospital.
The woman is currently in stable condition, local media reported.
The Yuyao Railway said: “On October 29th at 4:12 pm, a female passenger holding a ticket for train G7517 from Yuyao North to Ningbo suddenly jumped down from platform 3 at Yuyao North Station.
“She crossed the tracks and headed directly towards platform 2, where she was struck by an approaching train.

“Station staff immediately called emergency services and the injured passenger was taken to the hospital for treatment.”
The case is currently being investigated by police.
The incident reportedly resulted in a series of delays at the station.
Fu Guangqiang, a lawyer at Beijing Kangda Law Firm, said the woman’s behaviour could be punishable by law.
It is unclear if and what legal consequences the woman will be faced with, but Fu said the punishment could range from a simple warning to a CNY-500 (GBP-56) fine.
