This is the astonishing moment an elderly man trying to take a shortcut crossing a railroad track in India gets away unharmed after he ducks when the waiting train above him suddenly starts moving.
The incident took place at the Gaya – Koderma railroad line on 17th June.
In the footage, the 75-year-old – whose name has not been revealed – can be seen crouching beneath the cargo train.
He remains in this position while agitated witnesses can be heard shouting at the Paharpur railway station near Gaya, eastern India.

The cargo train driver was reportedly forced to wait for one or two hours before finally being given the go-ahead to depart.
But when they got underway, they failed to see the man who was then forced to duck down to avoid being knocked flat and possibly seriously injured.
After the freight train has passed, the skinny man clad in white clothes coolly gets up and walks away.
No one was injured in the incident, according to local media.
