This is the incredible moment when a young man miraculously survived a fall from a speeding express train at a railway station as he is sent flying along the platform on his bum.
In the incident that unfolded at Shahjahanpur railway station in Uttar Pradesh, a state located in northern India, the young man attempted to see which station it was that they were coming into.
At the time the Patliputra Express thundered along the tracks it was reportedly travelling at around 120 kph (75 mph).
As it sped rapidly through the station, the curious youth lost his balance and tumbled from the moving train, plummeting down onto the platform below.
The dramatic scenes showed him then flying along the platform for a considerable distance and at the end of it coming to a stop surprisingly unharmed. He even stood immediately after the fall.
It is unclear if he had been travelling alone at the time, or what happens to any luggage that he had been carrying.
